In 2018, Eming co-founded Kwest On Media in order to provide a media platform for underrepresented voices in media. During the creation of Kwest On, Eming suggested creating a daily podcast to serve as the foundation of the organization. The weekly podcast, Margin Call, serves as the flagship of the content of Kwest On Media.

Eming functions as Margin Call’s producer and editor.

With the success of Margin Call, Eming recruited new talent for Kwest On Media. This resulted in Kwest On’s latest entertainment focused podcast: Geek Force.

Before forming Kwest On Media, Eming co-founded a literary website and podcast Tea & Fiction. She hosted and produced a show for the site.
